First announced at Capcom Cup at the 2017 PlayStation Experience event. Hadoken your way down memory lane - Revisit historic moments from the series and explore an interactive timeline of events that helped create one of the world’s leading fighting game series. Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection is a bundle of twelve Street Fighter games. In addition to Ranked and Casual Match options, up to four players can join a lobby where they can play against the CPU while waiting for their match. In addition, players can duke it out online in four classic titles (Street Fighter II: Hyper Fighting, Super Street Fighter II: Turbo, Street Fighter Alpha 3, and Street Fighter III: Third Strike). New gameplay options including online play - Players can utilize save states as they progress through the game offline.Street Fighter III continued the core numbered series and was the first game to introduce the parry attack Additionally, the iconic Street Fighter II became the first ever one-on-one video game that gave players a choice of characters, including the debut of the series’ strongest female Chun-Li. Relive the titles that made gaming history - Includes the original Street Fighter released in 1987 which introduced two of gaming’s most famous heroes, Ryu and Ken.Celebrate 30 years of the most iconic fighting game series - The hit series with over 39 million units in global sales returns for its 30th anniversary celebration with a compilation of 12 classic arcade titles in one package on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and Windows PC.Fans of the series can also enjoy diving into the past 30 years of Street Fighter history with rich character bios, a huge Museum Mode including never before seen art and interactive timeline, and listen to tracks in the Music Player. Street Fighter players can recreate the classic arcade gaming experience by competing against the CPU whilst waiting for friends in online battles where they can put their fighting skills to the ultimate test. The collection also offers a definitive online experience across four of the included titles Street Fighter II: Hyper Fighting, Super Street Fighter II: Turbo, Street Fighter Alpha 3, and Street Fighter III: Third Strike. This content-rich all-in-one package highlights the series’ past in an anthology of 12 classic titles with arcade-perfect balancing including the original Street Fighter, Street Fighter II, Street Fighter II: Champion Edition, Street Fighter II: Hyper Fighting, Super Street Fighter II, Super Street Fighter II: Turbo, Street Fighter Alpha, Street Fighter Alpha 2,Street Fighter Alpha 3,Street Fighter III, Street Fighter III: 2nd Impact, and Street Fighter III: Third Strike. No Online mode for Alpha 2: If two variations of SF2 can have online play, then Alpha 2 should also have the option since gameplay in general is drastically changed due to Alpha 3's Guard Gauge and the A/V/X ism's.Celebrate the 30th Anniversary of the iconic Street Fighter franchise with the ultimate tribute to its arcade legacy in the Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection. And unfortunately several characters for Alpha 3's arcade version are behind specific button combinations on character select like Balrog and Vega in Alpha 3. Lack of the best versions for specific titles: All of the gmaes included are the Arcade roms, which on paper sounds good, but specific rereleases primarily Alpha 2 Gold, Alpha 3 MAX on PSP and 3rd Strike Online Edition for PS3/360 are considered quintessential versions of these games. Don't feel guilty by cheesing reloads to get to fight Akuma at the end. Unfortunately v1.0 is used in this collection for some reason so the arcade mode is practically unplayable. The v1.0 was immediately swapped for v1.1 by Capcom at arcades out of sheer panic. Esta colección masiva de 12 títulos de Street Fighter, que abarca las series Street Fighter I, Street Fighter II, Street Fighter III y Street Fighter Alpha, lleva por primera vez el equilibrio de juego de las versiones arcade a las consolas. Wrong version of SSF2T: When Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo came out in Arcades in 94, the AI was notoriously broken since switching difficulty from 1-8 did nothing and it was always stuck at 8. So if you do plan on playing online, be prepared to play the same person over and over especially for SF2HF, SSF2T, and SFA3. Everyone knows the majority of fighting game online players are on consoles, specifically the Playstation. No Crossplay: There's no reason why this wasn't included or eventually patched in especially when it was a staple for SFV and the upcoming SFVI. I can only recommend buying this if you're already a Street Fighter fan and its on sale for $10 since this collection comes up a little short and feels like a wasted opportunity to really promote the older titles (specifically Alpha 2/3 and Third Strike).
